Neena leads your team to co-create inspiring spaces throughout the design process.  As a space coach and workplace strategist, she connects people to people; people to their ideas; and ideas to space leading a path forward. 

After decades focused on workplace design with renowned architectural firms, something was missing in clients’ spaces.  Neena sought deeper knowledge in organizational culture. She received a degree in MS Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University. That coupled with a BFA in Interior Architecture, Ohio University, grants clients a distinctive background to lead your space design.

Neena is a co-creator, design guide, and harmonizer. This inherent ability builds client confidence through listening while addressing direct and indirect space desires. Her understanding of people transforms ideas into intelligent space that enhances peoples’ performance with financial results.  She has worked with many leaders including United Airlines, Dean Foods, McDonald's and Grainger creating space aligned with their organizational culture.
