Space transformed and energized by activity spaces

 

Re imagining a corporate HQ requires creative design and change management skills.  There were people who didn’t want the change and leadership requesting a refreshed space aligned with the mission at a low cost. 

The strategy included a company-wide reorganization, moving 1,950 people to new seats plus infusing 400 people to the building.  The total project time from initial planning to last person seated was 7 months. Reduced operating costs by 20% per person.

Architecture remained; new finishes applied;  new workstation standards; new activity spaces added.
